1 1/2 C buttermilk
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1 C raisins
2 T cornstarch
Recipe
Bring to a boil the buttermilk, sugar, raisins and spices in a saucepan. Add beaten egg yolks and cornstarch softened in a little water. Pour into a baked pie shell and use egg whites for a meringue. Bake meringue at 350, 10-12 minutes
