This is quick to assemble
List of Ingredients
1 (15oz) can, Kadota figs,cut into 8 pieces
1/2 C Coco casa cream of coconut
3/4 C coconut cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 T rum extract
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1/2 C chopped walnuts
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. pour into an unbaked pie shell. No need for a top crust, unless you prefer it. Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
