Pennsylvania Dutch Sausage Pie

1 1/2 ponds, unpeeled potatoes
1 double pie crust
12-14 small sausages
parsley
black pepperRecipe
Boil the potatoes, which have been cut into large chunks, in salted water. Line the pie tin with bottom crust and put the sausages on the crust. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper to taste. Add potatoes over top. Put top crust on and bake at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F. for 1/2 hour.
