    Asian lily, Avalanche lily, Camas lily, Cluster lily, Day lily, Fawn lily, Glacier lily, pine lily Snow lily Tiger lily Water lily Includes Rice root. Lily of the valley "wild lily" is poisonous.

    List of Ingredients

    Bulbs, raw or cooked, or dry for storage.
    Day lily, all parts of the plant are edible, sprouting leaves in spring, buds and blossoms, Leaves and rhizomes. Dry some petals for seasoning, pickle some buds or batter and fry.

    Camas lily was collected by the Chehalis, cowlitz, Klallam, Makah, Nisqually, Puyallup, Quinalt, Skokomish, and Squaxin.

    Fawn lily was collected by the Swinomish and Quinalt.
