    List of Ingredients

    Catkins are edible, (flowers)on quaking aspen and fremont cottonwood.
    Soft formative tissue between wood and bark can be scraped off and eaten, cut into strips and cooked as noodles. Also as a tea. Dried and powdered as a flour additive or substitute.
