List of Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp thyme
2 1/2 C Chablis wine
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms, halved
Recipe
simmer chicken breasts in 1 1/2 C wine until tender (about 15 minutes.)
Mix remaining ingredients, except mushrooms in skillet with chicken. Add rest of wine and simmer to infuse flavors. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, stirring frequently.
