Chicken Stir Fry

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken in 1/4 inch slices
- 3 T hoisin sauce
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
- 2 C pineapple slices
- 2 T oil
- 2 T minced ginger
- 3 ribs celery. sliced
- 1 red pepper in strips
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- rice or noodles
Instructions
- Combine chicken, hoisin sauce, cornstarch and five spice.
- Cut pineapple into 8 wedges.
- Heat oil on high heat, Saute ginger, celery, and bell pepper for 1 minute. Add chicken to skillet and stir fry for 4-5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add pineapple, broth and vinegar, cook 1 minute, stirring, until sauce thickens and pineapple is heated through.
- Serve on rice or noodles.
