List of Ingredients




1 chicken breast split in half
1/6 C flour
1/6 tsp paprika
2 T butter
salt
pepper
1/4 pound sliced mushrooms
1/3 C sour cream

Recipe



Combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts in this. brown in the butter.
Add mushrooms and cook until chicken is tender and not showing pink when tested for doneness. Add sour cream and toss to coat chicken. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and parsley if desired.
