Chicken skewers and Rice

1 1/2 C chicken, in about 1 1/2 inch squares
teriyaki marinade
4 green onions, reserve 1/2
4 T black sesame seeds, reserve 1/2
any vegetables and fruits desired
about 3-4 C cooked rice, hotRecipe
Thread the chicken and vegetables onto eight skewers. Marinate in the teriyaki sauce 15 minutes, turning occasionally. On the barbecue or cook in the oven, at 350 degrees F., until the chicken is cooked through, (about 20 minutes). Add half of the green onion and half of the black sesame seeds to the hot rice and fluff with a fork. Sprinkle the remaining green onions and sesame seeds over the chicken skewers. Serve the skewers on the rice.
