    Garlic Lovers Chicken

    Serves 10

    List of Ingredients




    10 half chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    salt
    pepper
    2 1/2 C champagne
    100 unpeeled fresh cloves garlic
    1 tsp rosemary

    Recipe



    Place chicken in ungreased baking pan, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with rosemary and pour champagne over. Place garlic cloves around and between chicken pieces. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken to large serving platter and place garlic around chicken. Suck the garlic out of its skin. It is deliciously sweet.

    Okay, so thats a lot of garlic, no problem save some for recipes calling for roasted garlic, just squish it out of the skins with your thumb and fore finger; It keeps fine for a couple of weeks.
