Orange-Chipotle painted Chicken

List of Ingredients
1 qt orange juice
2 medium chipotle peppers
1 C onion, minced
1 C carrot, sliced
4 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 C tomato puree
1/4 C cilantro, chopped
1/4 C scallions
6 skinless chicken breasts
2 medium oranges, separated in segments
1/4 C toasted almondsRecipe
In medium saucepan, simmer orange juice, whole chipotle peppers, onions, carrots, garlic,and tomato puree until reduced to 1/3rd.
Transfer mixture to a blender. Puree on high power with cilantro and scallions.
Grill or roast chicken breasts, (grill 6-8 minutes per side,Roast 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F.) while painting with sauce.
Peel and divide the oranges into segments. Place chicken on 6 serving plates. Garnish with orange segments and toasted almonds.
