List of Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of sugar snap peas
- 1 C diced cabbage
- 1/2 of a 5 ounce can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 of a 5 ounce can bamboo shoots
- .04 ounce package of sliced ****ake mushrooms soaked in 1 1/2 C warm water
- 1-2 C slivered vegetables;Broccoli, carrots, yellow bell peppers
- Bean sprouts and 1/2 cup shelled edamame
- 1 C turkey, cut in thin strips
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1 1/2 C mushroom liquid
- 2 T soy sauce
Instructions
- Saute cabbage, carrots, broccoli and edamame in butter 2 minutes. Add turkey and rest of vegetables and saute 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over and stir, add mushroom liquid and ginger and stir until thickened. Serve over rice noodles.
