Pickled Eggs

List of Ingredients
18 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp whole pepper corns
1 tsp whole alspice
1 clove garlic, in quarters
1 small knob ginger root,(2")
2 C wine vinegar
1 C Franzia Golden Chablis
1 C water
Recipe
Boil the eggs. Cool and peel. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients and boil 10 minutes. Place eggs in a half gallon jar and pour the hot mixture over. Cool and place in fridge for 3 days or up to a month.
