    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C Lundberg Black Japonica rice
    • 1/2 pound , boneless, skinless, chicke breast, cut in bite size pieces
    • 2 T teriyaki sauce
    • 2 T oil
    • 2-4 cups, vegetables, fresh or frozen, cut into bite size pieces


    Instructions


    1. Bring two cups rice to a boil with salt to taste. Add rice, return to boil. reduce heat to low, cover the pan and steam for 50-60- minutes.Set aside.
    2. Sprinkle teriyaki over chicken. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    3. Heat oil in a wok on medium high. Stir fry chicken for 5-10 minutes and remove from pan. Stir fry vegetables until tender-crisp. Add rice and continue to stir fry. Add chicken and stir fry briefly.
