    List of Ingredients




    2-3 C chicken, shredded
    3/4 C onion
    1/2 Can okra, drained
    1/2 of a small can tomato sauce
    4 C chicken stock
    20 shakes of gumbo file
    1 C rice
    2 roasted garlic

    Recipe



    Combine all and bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes.
