List of Ingredients
3/4 C green onion, thinly sliced
3 T salad oil
1 C raw rice
1/2 C minced bell pepper
1/4 C minced parsley
2 C chicken stock
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepperRecipe
Cook onions in oil just until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart baking pan with cover. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1/2 hour, or until rice is tender. Toss lightly with a fork before serving.
