    Serves 4

    List of Ingredients




    1 C raw "quick cooking" rice
    2 C water
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    1 T butter
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp rosemary
    1/2 tsp marjoram
    1/2 tsp thyme

    Recipe



    Combine all in saucepan, Bring to a boil, stir well. Reduce heat to low for 14 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
    This recipe works with non instant rices, it just takes longer and you may have to add a little water towards the end of cooking time. Brown rice will take 1/2 hour.
