Spanish Rice

List of Ingredients
1 package Knorr onion herb risotto, Italian flavor
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 C water
1 7 oz can diced green chilies + juice from the can
1/4 of a large onion, diced
1/2 of a hot cherry pepper, canned
2 slices sun dried tomatoes (in olive oil),Minced fine
7 cilantro leaves, minced fine
Recipe
Combine all and place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Seal top with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
