    Composed-CRAB SALAD FOR TWO

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 1/4 ounce can of crab
    • 1/8 C chopped onion
    • 1/4 C diced celery
    • 2 heaping T frozen peas
    • 1/4 C tartar sauce
    • 2 tsp half and half
    • 1 C uncooked elbow macaroni


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta as directed on package. During last two minutes add peas. Drain and chill. Mix onion, celery, macaroni, tartar sauce lettuce and half and half. Salt if desired. Chill. Chill the crab. Serve the macaroni on lettuce and top with the crab.
