Composed, Endive Potato Salad

Cut 2 cups boiled potatoes into slices. Make an oil and vinegar dressing with just salt and pepper. Marinate the potatoes in this for 1 hour.
Hard boil 4 eggs. . cut endive as for a green salad and mix the potatoes with it.
Garnish with the eggs and serve with french dressing.
