    Serves 12-15.

    List of Ingredients

    6 C small carrots, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 C oil
    3/4 C vinegar
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium green bell pepper,or red, diced
    1 C sugar
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

    Recipe

    Cook the carrots until just tender. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour it over the carrots. Cover tightly. Chill at least 24 hours. Drain before serving. This salad will keep for 5 weeks in fridge.
