Simple-Crab Salad

1 6-oz jar marinated artichokes
2 C crab
1 C mayonnaise
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/4 C minced parsley
1/4 C minced chives
lettuce leaves
Recipe
Drain the artichokes, reserving oil. Cut the in small pieces and combine lightly with the crab.
Blend the reserved oil with the mayonnaise, vinegar, tarragon, parsley and chives. Toss and chill well.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
