Edamame Salad

List of Ingredients
Vinaigrette ingredients;
4 T red wine vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
3/4 C olive oil
Salad;
2 C shelled, fresh edamame
10 green olives roughly chopped
2 large stalks celery, chopped
1/4 bunch Italian flat leaf parsley, minced
Recipe
Combine vinaigrette ingredients and set aside.
Prep the remaining ingredients and combine for the salad. Toss well and add just enough of the vinaigrette to well coat the salad.(about 1/4 of the vinaigrette) Save the rest to be used as a dressing for another salad. (shake before each use).
