Simple-Fish Salad

List of Ingredients
2 C cooked fish
1/2 C minced celery
1/4 C minced pimiento
1 small, grated onion
1/2 C diced cucumbers
1/4 C minced bell peppers
3 T lemon juice
2 T minced parsley
Salt
pepper
Recipe
Combine all, if too dry add 4 tablespoons fish liquor from pot fish was cooked in. (or can if canned). Serve on salad greens.
