List of Ingredients
2 C long grain brown rice
4 C water
1 tsp salt
1/3 C pine nuts
1/2 C feta cheese
6-oz Kalamata olives
1/3 C diced red onions
1/2 tsp minced garlic
4-5oz sun-dried tomatoes with the oil
1 bunch parsley, minced
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp lemon juice
2 T olive oil
Recipe
Steam the rice. According to package direction. (usually 50 minutes). Cool the rice in fridge.
Prep all ingredients that need to be diced, chopped, minced etc....
Combine all. Chill before serving.
