Chilled-JEWELED BEET SALAD

List of Ingredients

1 pkg raspberry gelatine
1-1/2 C boiling water, or beet juice
1 C finely grated beets, (or chop)
2 T lemon juice
1.4 C chopped celery
1.4 tsp salt


Recipe

Dissolve gelatin as per package direction. Add rest of ingredients and pour into a mold. Unmold on lettuce leaves and serve with sour cream dressing.
