List of Ingredients



• 2 T grated onion
  
• 2 T chopped parsley
  
• 2 T chopped dill pickle
  
• 2 T chopped pimiento
  
• 2 T vinegar
  
• 1 T prepared mustard
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1/8 tsp pepper
  
• 1 C sour cream
  
• 4 C diced, cooked potatoes
  
• 1 C chopped celery
  
• 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  






Instructions



1. In a large bowl combine onion, parsley, pickle, pimiento, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper
   
   
2. Gently fold in sour cream. add potatoes, celery and eggs, toss lightly.
   
   
3. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
