    campanelle
    Farfalli
    penne

    2. pick a vegetable; (up to 3)
    Bell pepper, slice or cube
    broccoli florets, cooked
    carrot, shredded or matchstick
    celery, diced
    corn off the cob
    cucumber,diced
    edamame, cooked
    green beans,chopped and cooked
    green peas, cooked

    3. Protein; (use 1 cup)
    cannellini beans
    chick peas
    hard boiled egg
    meat, Fowl or seafood

    4. flavor booster; (up to 3)
    Almonds, pine nuts or walnuts
    artichoke hearts
    basil, torn
    Capers
    Chives
    cilantro
    feta or Parmesan cheese
    lemon,preserved
    olives
    onions. (pickled ?)
    pumpkin seeds

    Herb Vinaigrette;
    1/2 C olive oil
    1/4 C wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 T chopped basil
    1 T chopped parsley
    1 T chopped scallion

    Creamy Buttermilk Dressing
    3/4 C mayonnaise
    1/3 C buttermilk
    1/2 tsp garlic
    1/2 tsp onion
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 T finely chopped parsley

    Creamy Dijon
    3/4 C mayonnaise
    1/2 C buttermilk
    1/2 tsp garlic
    1/2 tsp onion
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 T finely chopped parsley
