Simple Orange Sherbet-Jello Salad

List of Ingredients




1 C pineapple juice
1 C orange juice
2 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 pint orange sherbet
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 can mandarin oranges

Recipe



Drain the mandarin oranges and put the juice into a measuring cup, add boiling water to make 2 cups. well. Chill until set. Dissolve the gelatine in this.
Add sherbet and mix together. Let sit until partially set.
Whip the cream and add 2 cups to the salad. Add oranges, folding in well. chill until set.
