Gingered Chicken Puffs

List of Ingredients
6 slices hamburger buns
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped crystallized ginger
6 T drained crushed pineapple
3/4 C chopped chicken
1/4 C chopped celery
1/4 tsp salt
2 T mayonnaise
2 egg white
1 C grated cheese
Recipe
Add juice and ginger to the pineapple. Let stand 15 minutes. Combine the next 4 ingredients and blend in the other mix. Beat egg whites stiff. Spread 1/4 cup mixture on each bun. Spread the egg whites over the chicken salad. Bake at 450 degrees F. on baking sheet.
Use French bread if desired.
