Broil hamburger patties three inches from heat source for 7 minutes. (or fry, or bake). Place on bread or a bun.
Top with;
cheese slices or crumbled/grated cheese
a slice of tomato, onion, bell peppers or sliced mushrooms, or a fried Portabella mushroom.
sliced olives, black, green, or Greek
sauteed onion slices
pickle slices
horseradish or mustard
chili sauce
baked beans
bacon or ham slice
barbeque sauce
gravy
mushroom sauce
onion soup mix sauce
welsh rarebit
wine sauce
A sauce of, 3 T melted butter, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp water and a dash of hot sauce.
