1 T malt vinegar
1 T mustard
1 T water
1 C sliced cucumber
4 sandwich rolls, split
3/4 pound sliced smoked tongue
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe



marinade the cucumbers in a mixture of the vinegar, mustard and water. Stir to coat. Chill 1-2 hours. Drain cucumbers and place a layer on each of 4 rolls. Season the tongue, lightly with salt and pepper. Arrange over cucumbers.
