1/2 bunch watercress
3 oz cream cheese
1/8 pound blue cheese
8 slices breadRecipe
Remove stems from watercress.
Combine cheese and blend well. Spread 4 slices bread with mixture and top with 3-4 sprigs watercress. Top with remaining bread.
For tea sandwiches, remove crusts and cut into 4 triangles.
