    3 oz oil
    1 oz red wine vinegar
    1 oz chianti wine
    1/2 clove garlic pressed
    pinch basil
    1/2 tsp marjoram
    1/2 tsp oregano
    pinch tarragon
    thyme and sage if desired

    Recipe



    Mix or shake well. season with salt and pepper if desired. Shake onto submarine sandwich containing sausage or pepperoni.
