List of Ingredients

2 slices bread of your choice
1 thin slice creamy havarti cheese
1 thin slice Monterey jack
1 thin slice new york sharp cheddar
1 thin slice Swiss cheese
Clarified butter


Recipe

Toast the bread. Paint clarified butter on both sides of bread.
Assemble the sandwich and cook on the griddle, on both sides, until the cheeses are melted. Serve hot.
