    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef
    7 chicken livers
    4 slices bacon
    1 (1 lb, 12 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, divided
    1 tsp fennel seed

    Recipe



    Fry the ground beef. Remove from pan and reserve. Fry the chicken livers. Remove from pan and cool a bit. Grind them in a small food processor. Fry the bacon until crisp. Remove from the pan and cool. Discard the grease in the pan. Return beef to pan with ground chicken livers and crumbled bacon.
    Reheat and add the tomatoes. Lightly crush the fennel seed in a mortar and pestle and add to pan.
    When hot serve over cooked pasta of choice.
