Recipe Introduction
This is more of a seasoning. you use a few teaspoon in a recipe, or a little more in chow mien or chop suey type dishes. Add 1 tsp dry sherry to the later two if desired.
List of Ingredients
1 C strong, beef soup stock
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp shoyu
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 T cornstarch
2 thinly sliced scallionsRecipe
Mix the cornstarch with some of the stock. Combine all, except for the scallions. Bring to a boil, stir constantly until thickened. add scallion.
