1/4 C butter
2 T flour
1-2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 cans chopped clams
1/4 C dry white wine
1/3 C chopped parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Melt butter in skillet. Blend in flour and garlic. Set aside.
Combine juice, wine, and half and half to make 2 cups. Stir into the ingredients in the skillet and stir until smooth. Heat, stirring, until thick. Add parsley and seasonings. Add clams and heat just until clams are hot.
