List of Ingredients
1 C whole berry, cranberry sauce
2 T Napa Valley Pantry, brandy maple syrup
1/4 tsp crushed rosemary
1/8 tsp crushed thyme
1 tsp Merlot vinegar
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Deglaze 4 T duck ( or lamb) drippings or stock and mix in above ingredients. Reheat and serve on slices of meat. enough for 2 servings.
