1/2 C currant jelly
1 T wine vinegar
3/4 tsp dry mustard powder
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 C sherry
dash cayenneRecipe
Break up the jelly with a fork. stir in rest of ingredients. If a milder flavor is desired, add a little water. Serve with cold meats and game.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
