Golden Sauce for Vegetables

List of Ingredients
3 T butter
3 T flour
1 1/2 C milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 egg yolks
1 tsp lemon juiceRecipe
Make sauce of first 3 ingredients, salt and pepper. Beat egg yolks slightly and just before serving, add sauce and heat. Add lemon juice and serve at once.
