Recipe

Cream butter and sugar until soft and creamy, flavor with nutmeg and soften with brandy until nearly the consistency of whipped cream.
var. Use 1 cup confectioners sugar. Flavor with vanilla, orange juice with a little grated rind, or finely chopped ginger.
