    4 T clarified butter
    2 T finely chopped onion
    2 T finely chopped garlic
    6 T fresh lemon juice
    2 T dry white wine
    salt to taste
    white pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Heat butter over low heat, add onion and garlic and saute until transparent. Add lemon juice and wine. Season to taste. Simmer 2-3 minutes to reduce.
