- 1 pound chicken, in 1 inch cubes
- 2 T oil
- 2/3 C diced ham
- 1/2 of a small fennel bulb, diced
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- 1/2 C dry sherry
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tsp orange zest
Instructions
- Cook chicken. Saute ham and fennel in same pan. Add broth, sherry, garlic, and orange zest. Cook 2 minutes, return chicken to pan and cook 4 minutes.Serve on polenta.
