4 C milk
8 eggs, beaten lightly
4 tsp. butter
white pepper to taste
Recipe
Make a cream sauce by boiling the milk in a double boiler, then pour part of it over eggs, beaten lightly, and adding this to rest of milk in boiler, stirring vigorously with beater, throughout process until sauce begins to thicken, add butter, season with pepper, and if preferred chopped parsley.
