List of Ingredients
1 C raw cashews, soaked in water for at least two hours.
one quarter C olive oil
one quarter C water
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 T lemon juice
one quarter tsp turmeric
pinch saffronRecipe
Drain cashews and place in a blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until mixture is thick but pourable. Pour into a small container and chill until it sets up, about 20 minutes
