List of Ingredients
1 6.5oz can chopped clams, drained, reserving liquid
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 C olive oil
1 8oz bottle clam juice
1 T chopped parsley
1/4 tsp basil leaves
dash pepperRecipe
In medium sauce pan, cook garlic in oil until tender. Add reserved clam liquid and remaining ingredients, except clams. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add clams and heat through.
Serve hot over cooked linguini with grated Parmesan cheese.
