1 tsp dried herbs de provence
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cracked pepper
1/2 tsp pressed garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 C sliced shallots
1/4 C white wine
1 T chopped parsleyRecipe
Fry steaks in the olive oil. When done add shallots and 1st 4 ingredients to the hot drippings in the skillet, stirring occasionally, until shallots soften, 2-3 minutes. Add the wine. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Drizzle over the steaks and garnish with parsley.
