List of Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 T sugar
1 C light cream
1 C milk
1 T flour
1 T butter
1/2 tsp almond extract



Recipe

Beat yolks well, add sugar, combine with butter and flour in top part of double boiler. Add gradually the milk and cream and cook over boiling water until mixture is thickened. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from fire and add flavoring.
