Use large anchovies for this recipe.
List of Ingredients
Skin and bone anchovies. Peel and slice raw potatoes. In a buttered casserole arrange layers of sliced potatoes and anchovies, two layers of each. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of minced onion, then add another layer of sliced potatoes. Pour 1/2 cup sweet cream over all. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake until done in a 400 degree F. oven.Recipe
